Costs- I strive to make my training as affordable to clients as possible. If you choose to come to my home studio, I charge a flat rate per session. It is simply pay as you go, no need to pay a lot up front for a large training package. For clients who wish to train in their own homes, I base my training rates off a number of variables. I strive to give my clients the most affordable rate as possible. Your location in proximity to my home base is a major factor in rate fluctuation because I need to take into account the gas and mileage it costs me to travel to you. Included in your price is a beginner assessment and goal setting session, initial measurements, nutritional guidelines and advice, use of equipment and program design.
All of my training sessions are done in the location that is most convenient for YOU! One of the biggest excuses for not exercising is that people do not have time. My goal is to make it as easy for you as possible to get in the best shape of your life. Whether you want to train in the comfort of your own home, in your community gym or outside, I will go wherever you chose! If you prefer, you can train in my studio in Upper Pottsgrove, PA. I offered flexible times, rates and plans!
