Nutritional Counseling- I'll give you suggestions of what you should be eating to feel great and lose weight!  I often utilize the MyFitnessPal app to connect with clients on food logging and tweaking your nutrition which you need as FUEL to perform!

In-Home or Studio Training

All of my training sessions are done in the location that is most convenient for YOU!  One of the biggest excuses for not exercising is that people do not have time.  My goal is to make it as easy for you as possible to get in the best shape of your life.  Whether you want to train in the comfort of your own home, in your community gym, outside, or virtually, I will go wherever you chose!  If you prefer, you can train in my home studio in Upper Pottsgrove, PA.  I offered flexible times, rates and plans!  All sessions are made by appointment only- pick what works for you!


Virtual training- Not local to me, but still want to utilize my services?  Let's schedule some online training!  Using Facetime or Zoom to video chat, I treat you like any other client.  You will get a great workout, using whatever equipment you have access to and the accountability you need to succeed! 

Costs-  I strive to make my training as affordable to clients as possible.  If you choose to come to my home studio, I charge a flat rate per session.  It is simply pay as you go, no need to pay a lot up front for a large training package.  For clients who wish to train in their own homes, I base my rate off of traveling distance.  I strive to give my clients the most affordable rate as possible.  Contact me for a free, no obligation quote and assessment. 

Included in your price is a beginner assessment and goal setting session, initial measurements, nutritional guidelines and advice, use of equipment, program design and accountability!
